Sadness

Nathan found out yesterday afternoon that a friend of his died in the morning. He hit a disabled car on the highway-roads were wet yesterday. Unfortunately, he wasn't wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the truck. WHY won't people wear their seatbelts? He was only 21-
